我不記得上次看到牠們是什麼時候了。自從牠們不再餵雛鳥（owlets）後，牠們就不像以前那麼常出現在餵食點（feeding post）和迷宮牆（maze wall）了。

I don't recall the last time they were seen. They don't show up as often at the feeding post and maze wall now that they are not feeding their owlets any more.

Farmers too can trap and shoot them as pests.

鴉科鳥類（corvids）有時確實會造成問題。烏鴉（Crows）、喜鵲（Magpies）、寒鴉（Jackdaws）會洗劫鳥巢、吃掉蛋和雛鳥。我知道有些英國皇家鳥類保護協會（RSPB）的地面築巢稀有鳥類棲地，會撲殺部分鴉科鳥類（cull some corvids）。

corvids can be a problem. Crows.,Magpies,Jackdaws will raid nests and take eggs and chicks. I know RSPB sites with rare ground nesting birds do cull some corvids.

據我所知，寒鴉（jackdaw）通常會在一年較早的時候繁殖，像許多其他鳥類一樣是在春天／初夏，而且通常只會有一窩（one brood）。

As far as I know jackdaws usually breed earlier in the year, spring/early summer like many other birds, and only have one brood

我覺得 Gylfie 是我看過所有觀鳥（birdwatching）直播裡最有層次、最複雜的角色之一。

I find Gylfie one of the most complex characters in all of my birdwatching streams

要是我們能讀懂牠們的心思就好了！不過我還沒看到 Gylfie 去參加合唱團（choir）、讀書會（book club），或是在相親版（lonely hearts）發文，所以我猜她算是很堅毅地照常過日子吧。

If only we could read their minds! Well, I haven’t seen Gylfie join a choir, or a book club, or post on lonely hearts yet, so stoically getting on I guess.

If you think about it really, if she was human and could speak, I dont think she would say, it's a deep though in your mind that you wouldnt really share

整體來說 Dryer 沒那麼黏人（clingy），不過這一季他們確實更親近了，Finn 也常常待在她身邊。

Dryer wasnt as clingy overall, allthough they did get closer this season, Finn stayed by her side a lot more

我不太確定她是不是很享受當一個自由不羈（free spirit）的人／鳥。誰知道呢！

I’m not sure she’s enjoying being a free spirit. Who knows!

她之後東張西望的樣子，好像在確認有沒有人看到她。
